Landfill Commercial Account Service Agreement
1. Service Description. Trash Gremlin Disposal LLC ("Company") agrees to provide landfill access and waste disposal services to the registered commercial account at the rates and terms set forth in this agreement.
2. Rate Schedule. Commercial accounts are billed at $65 per ton of waste delivered, plus applicable state and local taxes. Personal/residential drop-off is subject to a flat $35 entry and dump fee per visit, plus applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
3. Accepted Waste Types. The Company accepts municipal solid waste, construction and demolition debris, green/yard waste, electronic waste, and mixed waste. Hazardous materials are subject to additional handling fees and regulatory compliance requirements. Prohibited materials include radioactive waste, medical/biohazardous waste, and materials banned under applicable law.
4. Hauler Requirements. All haulers must maintain valid state hauling licenses and comply with applicable DOT regulations. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to unlicensed or non-compliant haulers.
5. Billing & Autopay. Commercial accounts are enrolled in automatic monthly billing via QuickBooks Payments. Your card on file will be charged on the same date each month based on your agreed billing rate. Payment is due upon charge. Accounts with failed payments may result in service suspension.
6. Volume Discounts. High-tonnage accounts delivering in excess of 500 tons per month may be eligible for negotiated volume discounts. Contact our commercial accounts team for details.
7. Compliance. Customer agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing waste disposal, including proper waste manifesting for hazardous materials.
8. Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Company may terminate immediately for material breach, including delivery of prohibited materials.
9. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the landfill facility is located.
